Bootcamp Day 1 of 50

Well I woke up this morning with a throbbing ear and what felt like a sinus infection. Not willing to bail on day one I arrived at Baron’s as ready to workout as possible. One hour later I felt nauseas and light headed but I had survived day one.

Now, every muscle in my body hurts…bad. I did make it to the docs and got some antibiotics for the sinus and ear.

Tomorrow some boating and some Community Navigator work await me…good night all.
