Not really…but I will feel like it. I have decided to take Baron up on his offer to put me through a personal bootcamp (hell) with Baron as my trainer. For 50 days Baron will take me to the brink of death in the name of better health in the future. In the interest of accountability I may even give you some numbers that I probably won’t actually want to share.
